Start your weekend or your morning with a journey to your soul from now until Easter.

Allow frequencies of various instruments to tickle your senses, awaken what wants to be seen or open your heart.
Let yourself be bathed in Sounds of crystal bowls, drums, gongs and other tones. The power of sound can take you anywhere, from blissful deep relaxation to healthy discomfort, really depending on your own open-ness.
We might also do some chanting & humming.

Insa Korth will guide you through this journey. As a Reiki Master Insa has shared her gift as a space holder internationally since 2009.
She is certified in various disciplines of yoga, pranayama & sound therapy and is continuously deepening & transforming her skills. Her Sound journeys are intuitive and involve various instruments, frequencies, mantra chanting & humming exercises.
